HEALTHY MC TOAST

It is so much easier to create savoury meals with Ham&Cheese OAT+ flour! It tastes and smells so good that you can use it without adding anything else!

Just think about the Mc Toast, the popular sandwich by the most famous American fast food chain in the world.

Well, I reinvented it in a healthy, light and fat-free version!

HEALTHY MC TOAST

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Ham&Cheese OAT+
  • skimmed milk as required
  • 2 light cheese slices
  • 2 slices of defatted cooked ham

PREPARATION:

Mix the SALTY OAT+ with milk until you have a fluid (but not too much) mixture. Divide in two parts and cook them in a pan as classic pancakes. When still warm, fill it with ham and cheese slices, creating a sort of sandwich.

Very quick and tasty. Low carbs, many proteins and zero fat!
