Here is a very simple recipe to make tasty Chocolate Protein Bars with our Protein Crisp +.
- 2 sachets of protein crisp +
- 150g of milk chocolate or dark chocolatee
Melt the chocolate in a bowl, once melted add the protein crisp + and mix well.
Spread the mixture inside a mold (ideally in silicone), press well and put in the freezer for 4/5 hours, preferably for the whole night.
After this time you can keep them out of the fridge, but be careful to high temperatures and heat sources…it’s still chocolate!
