OAT APPLE DONUTS

OAT APPLE DONUTS

Ingredients:

  • 40 g apple pie flavoured OAT+
  • 20 g brown rice flour
  • 10 g neutral oat / potato starch flakes
  • 70 g egg whites
  • 30 g 100% apple purée
  • cinnamon
  • 2 g baking powder
  • (Chocolate version: 15 g rice flour and 10 g bitter cocoa)

 

PREPARATION:

  • In a bowl, mix the 3 flours together with the cinnamon. Once sieved, add the egg whites, apple purée and baking powder. Create a homogeneous mixture and pour it into 4 cupcake ramekins. Bake in a preheated oven for 18 minutes and then allow to cool.
  • Garnish to your liking.
