cheesecake di avena

This cake is as simple as it is good, made with healthy and wholesome ingredients. It takes no more than 10 minutes of your time ?

Instructions for the BASE:

  • 70 g of water
  • 15 g of coconut flour
  • 10 g of almonds
  • 5 g of PB+ Smooth


Blend everything and arrange in a round pasta mould on a plate

For the CREAM:

  • 20 g of OAT FLAKES+ BABY
    • 20 g of OAT+ Chocotella flavour
    • 100 g of egg whites
  • 100 g of water
  • cinnamon

Cook all the ingredients in a saucepan until the mixture becomes dense. Pour half of it into the pasta mould. Then add 7 g of bitter cocoa in the remaining part and pour it over the white base. Put everything in the fridge for half an hour.
Garnish to your liking!
