THE IMPORTANCE OF SUPPLEMENTATION IN MAXIMIZING GROWTH AND RECOVERY

Fitness and Bodybuilding are a form of induced stress, which upsets the organic homeostasis which will be first restored and then supercompensated (if the time and quality of rest is enough). We all know the importance of nutrition and exercise in increasing performance and improving physical beauty.

What many overlook (maybe not in words but in facts) is the recovery component. Recovery means not only rest days after training, but we enter a far deeper concept.
